Andrea Pandurović Ugrin graduated in political science at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Zagreb. Since 2016, she has been a CARNET employee in the European Union Project Service, where she participated in the preparation, writing, monitoring of implementation, and reporting on current CARNET projects that were financed from various EU funds. In addition, she has extensive experience in working with contractual and intermediary bodies for the purpose of monitoring the implementation of projects. In addition to working on EU projects, Andrea participated in designing a series of workshops and educational activities for CARNET users. In 2024, she joined the NCC-HR team with an emphasis on participation in activities related to third-party financing.
