Bernard Gršić

Bernard Gršić is the State Secretary in the Ministry of Justice, Public Administration and Digital Transformation, in charge of digital transformation, i.e. focusing on digitizing public administration, and the economy, enhancing the digital skills of citizens, and promoting cybersecurity. He was also Assistant Minister (2016-2017) for public administration, responsible for e-government. He studied electrical engineering. He gave a series of lectures at various conferences in the country and abroad. His work and teaching activities focus on digital policy, informatization, the use of digital technology, and cybersecurity within the private and public sectors. His areas of interest include the implementation of projects that facilitate the deployment of evolving and emerging technologies for the benefit of all citizens.
