Felicia Cutas

Programme Officer and Call Coordinator at the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre. (ECCC)

Felicia is currently acting as Programme Officer and Call Coordinator at the European Cybersecurity Competence Centre. 
Prior to that she was Project Lead at EIT Digital dealing for five years with EU funded projects such as CONCORDIA and SME4DD. Within CONCORDIA project Felicia led the work on developing a European Education Ecosystem for Cybersecurity, and was an active member of the project’s Management Board. When it comes to the SME4DD project which is looking into supporting SMEs developing advanced digital skills in AI, Blockchain and Cybersecurity, Felicia acted as Project Coordinator.  
Between 2012-2018 she performed as policy and project officer at the European Commission, DG CONNECT where her work focused on encouraging entrepreneurship, improving the digital entrepreneurship environment in Europe, helping startups to scale cross-border and internationally, and encouraging women to set-up and run a digital startup. She was an active member of the Startup Europe initiative while also being involved in activities linked to the European Innovation Council and Inducement Prizes in Europe.  
Felicia has a background in ICT engineering. She holds an MBA in Finance (2000) jointly offered by the Academy of Economic Studies from Bucharest - Romania, University of Ottawa and Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales - Canada. Since 2012 she also holds an Executive Master in Communication and European Affairs granted by Institut des Hautes Etudes des Communications Sociales (IHECS) Brussels (Belgium). In 2016 Felicia was PM² certified, and in 2017 she became PM² Practitioner and Agile Certified.
