Jasminka Martinović

Jasminka Martinović is employed at the Croatian Employers’ Association (CEA) as the director of branch associations: CEA-Association of Employers in Education and CEA-Association of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Within her scope of work, she especially monitors relevant sectors and current sector policies, prepares expert and analytical materials in the field of the work of branch associations, is responsible for defining and representing the interests of members of branch associations on an individual and general level in relations with state authorities and trade unions, and for active lobbying of the interests of the members of branch associations and CEA in various state bodies, committees, coordinations, working groups, commissions of the Economic and Social Council (Croatian, GSV). Leads/participates in projects of interest to branch associations. Through her work with entrepreneurs and employers, she acquired knowledge and skills in lobbying and representing the interests of CEA members in the education and ICT sectors, participated in relevant activities and work of branch associations related to social partnership/social dialogue at the national and international level, promotion of entrepreneurial rights and interests, representation of member companies in relations with trade unions and state bodies at the regional and national level. She is an active participant in various initiatives and projects of the public and private sector related to the field of education: Croatian qualification framework, vocational training, lifelong learning, internalization of higher education and the labour market. She participated on behalf of the CEA in the creation of various strategies, laws and by-laws related to entrepreneurship, education and ICT.
