Martina Dragičević has 20 years of experience working in the electronic communications sector. As the Director of Regulatory Affairs and EU Funds Department in A1, she leads a team responsible for specific sectoral (ex-ante) regulation and general (ex-post) regulation of market competition by covering a wide range of business support functions, effective use of EU funds for the needs of business processes and implementation of business strategy and communication with public institutions at national and EU level. She is involved in the work of interest working groups of the Croatian Association of Employers, Croatian Chamber of Commerce, AmCham, and XEnergy Association. Within HUP, she holds the position of Head of the Working Group for Telecommunications and Connectivity, Vice-President of the Executive Board of HUP ICT, and Head of the Working Group for Cybersecurity. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb and received a master's degree in the field of EU competition law from Kings College University of London, and also completed an MBA from the Swiss School of Business Management (SSBM).
