Renata Šimunko

Renata Šimunko graduated in Linguistics and Informatics at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Zagreb. She has been an employee of CARNET since 2002 and has participated in numerous projects and activities related to education, websites, and CARNET's users conference. She led the establishment of the Edutorij system and Portal škole.hr, of which she was the editor-in-chief for 17 years, she was the editor-in-chief of the carnet.hr corporate website for 14 years, and she led the project "Enhanced Tools For Creating Equal Opportunities In Education For Pupils With Disabilities – ATTEND" which was financed from the financial mechanisms of the European Economic Area, during which participating institutions were equipped with assistive technology. In 2024, she joined the NCC-HR team.
