Tomislav Novosel

Tomislav Novosel has worked at the North-West Croatia Regional Energy and Climate Agency since 2019, first as a project Manager and then an Expert Advisor. His areas of expertise are energy and climate planning at local, regional and national levels as well as the development, implementation and coordination of EU funded projects. In 2023 he has obtained his PhD in the field of energy planning, specifically on the topic of the integration of heating, cooling and the power sector, at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture. He has been working within the framework of several EU programmes since 2013 and has been an evaluator for Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe projects since 2020.
