Our SMT line with Samsung pick&place equipment places components down to 0201, BGA and fine-pitch CSP — flexibly, from samples to series.
We have gained several years of experience in the SMT assembly, and the quantities that we had produced are in range from samples up to 50,000 pieces per type per year.
SMD mounting
Our flexible SMT lines are capable to achieve a speed of 77,000 components per hour, ensuring you assemble your PCB run efficiently and smoothly.
Samsung SMD pick & place equipment that we use have the possibility to place components size from 0201, QFP, QFN, DFN, BGA and fine pitch CSP`s.
SMT production lines are separated to acieve the maximum flexibility,speed and delivery of PCBs.
Soldering can also be made according to your ROHS and non-ROHS requirements.
All operators in the SMT lines have undergone training and have years of experience. We are able to make corrections in our production immediately after the phone call.
